How the pass works

Article 24 of the deed restrictions allows a vehicle to be parked in a driveway overnight for a total of eight (8) nights per calendar month, for loading or unloading a boat, motor home, camper or camper trailer. The pass must be obtained in advance.

Need more nights?

Once an address reaches eight nights in a month, the form will ask you to contact the office. Please call and we will help.
