HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Seller participation information and form
-Community-Wide Garage Sale Participation Form:
Online: rotondawest.org
Paper: Available at the RWA Office information rack for pick-up and drop-off.
-Must be an RWA property owner, resident, or renter.
-The event authorization code will be sent upon approval.
-The sale of items must be on a developed residential parcel.
SIGNAGE
-For this event ONLY, the Garage Sale Event Staff will place signage throughout the community.
-Should you want additional signage specific to your address:
-You are responsible for the purchase, set-up, and take-down of your signs.
-The sign can be no larger than 18" x 24" (18 inches x 24 inches).
-Complete the "Signage Request" portion of this form, two signs only are authorized.
-Request must be approved.
-Upon approval, write the authorization code on the front and back of the signs.
-Signs are allowed on your property during the sale and must be removed at the end of the event.
-NO signs in any medians, right-of-way, or attached to trees, road signs, or poles.

An electronic address list of sellers will be posted on Constant Contact approximately 1 week before the event.
Hard copies will be made available for pick-up at the entrance of Rotonda West property near the mailbox, 646 Rotonda Circle on the mornings of the event.
PARKING
-Parking permits are not required for this event only.
